An easy and delicious pasta you can put on the table in under 30 minutes that feels luxe and oh so special!

SPRINGTIME PASTA RECIPE:
4 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp of Olive Oil
2 Cloves of Garlic, smashed and peeled but left whole
1 cup of Canned Artichoke Hearts (not in marinade) halved and patted dry
2 Tbsp of Capers, rinsed
8oz of Asparagus, cut into large pieces on a bias
8oz of Long Shaped Pasta of Choice
1 cup or so or Freshly Grated Parm
Salt and Pepper to taste
Fresh Chopped Parsley
