Borek Rolls with Ground Beef – Turkish Spring Rolls Recipe

Turkish Borek is a very popular Turkish Recipe. And the borek with ground beef is our favourite borek recipe! You won’t believe how easy is it to make Turkish Borek. We use eggs, greek yogurt and milk to make burek softer and more delicious!For these who can’t find phillo pastry in their home town, go to our channel and see the video named ‘ How to make phillo pastry’ We also have another borek recipe video with homemade filo pastry. Directions: Pour 4 tbs oil into a sauce pan over medium heat Add chopped onion Cook the onions with the pot lid on When onions are brown, add ground beef Season with salt, black pepper and red pepper flake to taste Turn off the heat and let it cool down Beat an egg with yogurt and milk And add 4 tbs vegetable oil Wet the tip of filo to stick together Place on the baking tray Brush the tops with egg yolk and sprinkle some sesame seeds on the top on 400F (200C) bake 30 minutes or until the tops are golden browned Let us know how your results were!
