Crispy Turkish Pogaca Recipe with Olives and Bread Crumbs

In this video we are want to share with you our recipe for bread crumbs no-yeast turkish breads! We are not too long ago we showed you how to make turkish butter breads with potatoes. We love this olive pogaca recipe because it’s perfect for breakfast and dinner. You can keep it in freezer every morning you can just take it out put into micrawave and got perfect homemade delicious butter breads! Transfer melted unsalted butter into a large bowl Add an egg Milk Vegetable oil Salt Flour Add baking powder and knead with your hand Gradually add flour until it comes soft and unsticky Divide the dough piece in egg sizes Feta cheese Dip into the egg white and breadcrumbs Transfer on the baking paper Place cutted half olives on to pogacas Bake for around 20-25 minutes in 200C(390F) pre-heated oven For the Dough 100gram of butter 100ml vegetable oil 2 eggs Half a glass of milk 1 tablespoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 4 cups flour For the inside: Feta cheese For the top: Egg white Bread Crumbs Olives

Fluffy Chocolate Chips Muffins Recipe – Easy Turkish Recipes

We are going to show you how to make super delicious chocolate chips muffin cakes. This fluffy milk muffins seems very cute and loaded with chocolate cips. In turkey this mini cakes are very popular. Usually people eating this cake with milk or Turkish tea and we are sure it’s most popular muffin recipe in the whole world. Even if someone decides to make cute small cakes they usually decide to prepare with chocolate chips. Directions for the muffins: Tranfer eggs into a large bowl and whip with sugar until it gets foamy Heavy cream Add Milk Add Vegetable oil Sift flour and baking power into the bowl Fold chocolate chips in it. Transfer the batter from the bowl to the muffin cups. Sprinkle with remaining chocolate chips. Bake for around 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Turkish Tulumba Recipe – Fried Sweet Dough with Sugar Syrup

In this video we are going to show you how to make piped sweet dough. Very popular tulumba recipe. In greek it calls τουλούμπα. You’ll like this very delicious fried doughs also you can eat this with honey. Melt unsalted butter in the hot water Add flour and stir it on the medium heat When it become unsticky and soft transfer the dough to another bowl so that it cools down quickly Directions for the sugar syrup Transfer water into a large pot over medium heat Add sugar When starts boiling add lemon juice and turn the heat off Transfer the cooled dough to the mixing bowl of a heavy-duty mixer. Add semolina and starch Then start adding your eggs gradually Mix well until it will become smooth Fill your piping bag with the dough. Pipe the dough into frying oil The vegetable oil must be room temperature, not hot Cut the dough with an oiled scissor Do not use knife to keep dough shape Turn up the heat low-temperature When they are fully browned them them out and directly transfer in to sweet syrup After 2 minutes take them out of the syrup, transfer in to a plate Ingredients for Tulumba Recipe: 2 cups water 2 tablespoons of butter 3 eggs 2.5 cups flour 1 tablespoons of starch 3 tablespoons semolina For the syrup 3 cups sugar 2 cups water a tablespoon lemon juice
