Traditional Rum Dessert - Traditional Greek Dessert - Cake with Cream - Wet Cake - Cream Cake | Turkish Recipe Ingredients - *For the sherbet 2 cup of sugar 2 cup of water Half a lemon juice *For the Cake 1 cup of corn oil 2 cup of breadcrumbs 4 big size eggs 5 teaspoon of baking powder 2,5 teaspoon of vanilla 1 cup of sugar Half a cup of shredded coconut 2 cup of grated walnut *Fort he Cream 4 cup of milk 1 pack of whipping cream 3 tablespoon of flour 2 tablespoon of sugar Preparation -First of all, take the sugar and water in to a pot and boil it, when it is done, turn the heat of and pour a half lemon juice in it. This is going to be your sherbet. -Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer, add oil and vanilla, add the cocnut, walnuts, breadcrumbs, and the baking powder. Mix it very well. -Pour this mix in to a oiled tray, pre-heat the oven to 400 F (200 C) and cook at this degree fort he first 10 minutes, later, decrease the degree to 350 f (280 C) and cook for 30 more minutes. -When it is all browned on the top and bottom, take it out and leave it for cooling down. -Pour your sherbet all over the cake. -In a pot, mix the whipping cream with sugar,flour and milk, mix it very well using a mixer. Cook this on low heat, when it's done, spread this cream over the cake, and your dessert is ready to be served! Tip: This dessert is even better when it is cold! Bon appetit!

When lentils soak all the water, add the pre-washed bulgur in the pat and turn off the heat, leave it for brewing. -In another pot, roast the grates onions and garlics in olive oil. Add the tomato and pepper pastes and salt, mix everything well and turn of the stove, add this mix to the lentil-bulgur mix that has been brewed by the time. -You should let this cool down. STEP BY STEP RECIPE: Turkish Borek with Sousages | Borek Recipe | How to make Burek | Greek bouréki or bourekáki Ingredients 1 kilo of flour (6,5 cup) 3 tbs of yoghurt 2 eggs Any kind of sousages (we used frankfurt) Sujuk Half a cup of cooking oil 1 dessert spoon of salt Preparation -Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees C.(400 F) -Keep 2 glass of flour to use while Rolling the dough, and make a dough using the rest of the flour and some salt. Keep it away for resting. -Slice the sousages and sujuk -Beat 3 tablespoon of yoghurt with 1 egg and some corn oil, add half a glass of milk. -Take your dough, spread some flour on the working area that you will roll the dough, cut the dough in to pieces. (Chicken egg size pieces) -Roll the dough pieces using the roller. Spread the yogurt-egg mix all around the dough, place the sausages (or whatever you wish) and roll the dough, shape it as a snail. (See the video) Place it in to the oily tray. -Do same process for the rest of the dough. -Beat an egg with a tbs of yoghurt. Spread that mix on the top of the 'börek's -Cook for 40-45 minutes until the tops are brownish. (At 200 degree) -Serve immediately! STEP BY STEP RECIPE: Ingredients 1 kg of zucchini 300 gram of ground meat (low fat) 1 small cup of broken rice 1 small cup of bulgur wheat Half a bunch of parsley A tuft of dill 1 table spoon of tomato sauce 2 tomatoes 1 onion 2 table spoon of cooking oil 1 dessert spoon of salt 2 dessert spoon of dry mint Half a coffee spoon of ground black pepper 2 cloves of garlic -Wash the zucchinis and scratch the skin.
