Baked Healthy Doughnuts – Banana Cake Doughnut Recipe

Easy Homemade Baked Ring Donuts Recipe :

Preparation
First of all,we will start with making a cream to fill in doughnuts.Transfer thesugar and 1 egg yolk in a cooking pan and mix them together.Add the starch and flour,keep whisking with adding the milk.Turn the heat on and cook until the consistency is creamy and smooth.Once it gets thicker,add the vanilla sugar and turn the heat off.Let it cool down and then beat it with whipped cream.Keep the cream in fridge for 2 hours before using.Now it’s time to make the dough.Combine the warm milk and yeast in a bowl and let the yeast be active.Add the other ingredients in turn while mixing,add the eggs,butter,yogurt,vanilla sugar.Then add the flour with sifting and make a soft and unsticky dough.Cover the bowl and set aside for 2 hours to rise.Cut the dough in half and cover the other half.Roll until the dough is about in 1 cm thick.Cut the dough into circles.Place on baking paper lined baking sheet and let rise for an hour.Bake at 180C(360F) for 15-20 mins.Cut each one in 2 pieces and spread some cream between them.Put diced bananas over cream.Top with powdered sugar and it’s ready to serve,enjoy!

1 Cup of Warm Milk
1 Tbsp of Yoghurt
2 Eggs
1 Cup of Sugar
1 pck of Yeast(5g)
1 Pck of Vanilla Sugar
5.5 or 6 Cups of Flour
Ingredients for Cream
4 Cups of Milk
1 Cup of Sugar
2 Tbsp of Flour
2 Tbsp of Starch
1 Egg yolk
1 Pck of Vanilla Sugar
1 Pck of Whipped Cream
For Decoration
Powdered Sugar for topping
Banana/Strawberry for
