Homemade Chocolate Candies with Pumpkin Ganache – Halloween Special! – CookingWithAlia – Episode 282

You like chocolate? You like pumpkin? Then let’s make chocolate candies filled with pumpkin ganache!!!
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup (118 ml) pumpkin puree
2 tablespoons (full) brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
pinch of salt
1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy whipping cream
9 ounces (255 grams) good quality white chocolate
1 pound (450 grams) dark chocolate 60-70% cocoa content
chocolate molds or small paper cups

Add the grated zucchini, grated carrot , rehydrated black mushrooms, cooked shrimp, and chopped herbs (parsley and cilantro). Season with the salt and pepper. 7. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Add a little more water if the soup is too thick. 8. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it heat for 2 minutes. 9. Stir in the grated Edam cheese and mix until melted and creamy. 10. Serve hot, topped with extra grated cheese if desired. Enjoy-"
