Pasta and Chicken Cutlets

Hi friends, I know we are neck deep in Holiday season but wanted to remind you that the family still needs to be fed and 9 times out of 10 we don’t have time for fancy things, we need things we can rely on and these are just the most basic but most loved recipes in my kitchen. Recipe Below!

RECIPE:
For the Pasta:
3 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, smashed and peeled
28oz can of San Marzano Plum tomatoes, crushed by hand
Fresh Basil
Salt to taste
16oz of Pasta of Choice

For the Cutlets:
1-1/2lb of Chicken Breast, sliced thinly and pounded evenly
1 1/2 cups of Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup of Parm (divided
2 Eggs
1/4 cup of Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Light Olive Oil for Shallow Frying
