BEEF TIPS AND GRAVY INGREDIENTS:
1-1/2 lb of Sirloin, cut into cubes
1/4 cup of Flour (you won’t use it all)
2 Tbsp (maybe a tad more) of Light olive oil or vegetable oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, thinly sliced or minced
1/2 cup of Dry White Wine
1 cup of Beef Stock
1 Tbsp of Butter
Garlic and Herb Seasoning
2 Tbsp of Fresh Chopped Parsley
