لا تكليف ولا بزاف ديال الضوّ، ولا ماكياج... هنا انا ماشي شيف محترف، غير ماماهم. ⬇️ 100 غرام من الزبدة 100 غرام من سكر جوز الهند (أو العادي) 2 بيضات 1 ملعقة صغيرة خلاصة الفانيليا 150 غرام من اللوز المطحون 1 ملعقة كبيرة من النشا 2 ملعقة كبيرة من كريمة الخفق الثقيلة 2 ورقة من العجين المورق صفار بيضة واحدة 1ملعقة كبيرة من الحليب الخطوة 1: تحضير الحشوة 1- اخلطوا الزبدة والسكر: اخفقوا الزبدة الطرية مع السكر حتى يصبح المزيج خفيفًا وهشًّا. 2- أضيفوا البيض: اخفقوا البيضتين واحدةً تلو الأخرى، مع خفق جيد بعد كل إضافة. 3- أضيفوا الفانيليا ثم اللوز المطحون والنشا: ادمجوا الفانيليا، ثم أضيفوا خليط اللوز والنشا تدريجيًا حتى تتجانس المكونات. الخطوة 2: تجميع الغاليت 4. سخّنوا الفرن إلى 200 درجة مئوية: وجهّزوا صينية فرن مغطّاة بورق الخبز. 5. افردوا العجين: ضعوا ورقة العجين المورق الأولى على الصينية، ثم وزّعوا الحشوة بالتساوي مع ترك مسافة 2–3 سم على الأطراف. 6. غطّوا الحشوة: ضعوا الورقة الثانية من العجين فوق الحشوة، وأحكموا غلق الحواف (باستخدام الشوكة أو ثنيات ديكورية). الخطوة 3: التزيين والخبز 7. ارسُموا زخارف: اصنعوا نقوشًا خفيفة بسكين حاد، ثم افتحوا ثقبًا صغيرًا في الوسط وبضعة ثقوب حول الحواف. 8. ادهِنوا بالبيض: اخلطوا صفار البيضة مع الحليب، وادهنوا سطح الغاليت. ضعوها في الثلاجة 10 دقائق لتتماسك. 9. اخبزوا: أدخلوها الفرن المسخّن مسبقًا لمدة 25–30 دقيقة أو حتى تكتسب لونًا ذهبيًا وتنتفخ. بعد ذلك، خفّضوا الحرارة إلى 150 درجة مئوية واتركوها 10 دقائق إضافية. 10. دعوا الغاليت تبرد: اتركوها ترتاح 10 دقائق قبل التقديم.

The Easiest Quiche Recipe Ever!

Buongiorno bestie!!! Over the weekend I whipped up a scrumptious quiche for brunch and I just had to share it with you because it was so delicious and fuss free, it made for the perfect main to our friend's brunch alongside mimosas and fresh bread for toast and jam! This is such an easy recipe and so versatile! All you need is about 12oz of any meat or veg you like, sautéed and add them to some eggs, cream and cheese. I like using these deep dish pie shells I often get on sale but if you're using a homemade crust, just be sure to use a 9" pie plate and not a tart shell because the tart shell is too shallow for this amount of batter. It's only fitting that there's snow coming down as we speak as I share this recipe. It's so easy but so delicious and comforting. Like a pasta e fagioli but with sausage and a touch of creaminess, so delicious I just know you will love it!
