    What about another exotic recipe? Today, we are going to make another special recipe that i was so excited about! It's Mhallabia the exotic way! topped with Papaya and Pineapple, this mhallabia will bring a sunshine to your table! Check the video for more! RECIPE: https://goo.gl/xtODuZ INGREDIENTS: For Mhallabia: 2 cups milk 3 tablespoons sugar 2 tablespoons corn starch (Maizena) 1 tablespoon orange blossom water For Papaya Coulis: Papaya Sugar Lime juice For Pineapple Compote: 1 cup pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed 4 tablespoons brown sugar Juice of 1 orange juice Juice of ½ lime 1 tablespoon cornstarch 100 ml water DIRECTIONS: Step 1 - Making the Mhallabia 1- Pour the cold milk in a saucepan. Add the sugar and the corn starch also called Maizena. 2- Mix with a wooden spoon until all the lumps are dissolved. 3- Place the saucepan on medium heat and bring the milk to a boiling point while stirring constantly. You will notice that the milk mixture gets thicker as it gets hotter. 4- Once the milk mixture reaches a boiling point, add the orange blossom water. 5- Continue cooking the mixture for another 2-3 minutes. 6- Filter the milk mixture through a sieve to get rid of all solid pieces. 7- Pour the milk mixture in canisters, bowls, or even tall classes. Let the pudding sit on the counter until it reaches room temperature, then place it in the fridge for a few hours before serving. Step 2 - Making Papaya Coulis 1- Cut the papaya and remove the seeds. 2- Using a knife, separate the papaya flesh from the skin. Discard the skin and cut the flesh into cubes. 3- Place papaya, lime juice and sugar in a food processor; process until smooth. 4- Transfer to a small bowl. Refrigerate, covered, until cold. Step 3 - Making Pineapple Compote 1- Cut the pineapple, slice it and remove the core from each slice. 2- Cut the pineapple flesh into small cubes. 3- In a saucepan, place the pineapple chunks and add the sugar. Cook on medium heat until the pineapple pieces become a bit brown and the sugar caramelizes. 4- When the pineapple is golden brown, add the orange juice, lime juice and water and allow to simmer until the liquid has reduced by half. 5- Stir cornstarch in cold water and add to the pineapple to thicken. 6- Remove from the heat and allow to cool completely before serving. Step 4- Serve and Enjoy Serve the mhallabia cold, and top it with the cold papaya coulis or the pineapple compote. Surprise your friends and family with this classic mhallabia but with an exotic twist. Bon appetit!

    You Like the Indian Cuisine? Then this series is for you! the "Indian series 2017"!!. Let's simplify the Indian cuisine for all the people watching us. Today, we are going to prepare Samosa. YUMMY! RECIPE: https://goo.gl/PlzfGK INGREDIENTS: For the dough: 200 grams flour 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (bishop seeds) 25 ml vegetable oil Salt to taste Water as required For the filling: 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for the filling ½ teaspoon cumin seeds 2 green chili peppers, finely chopped Ginger-garlic paste ½ teaspoon turmeric powder 50 grams green peas 200 grams potatoes Salt to taste Cilantro, finely chopped Vegetable oil for frying Mint chutney Ingredients: 1 bunch of Mint leaves cleaned A small bunch of fresh cilantro, finely chopped 8 garlic cloves 3 nos Green chilies Fresh Lime juice from 1 lemon Salt to taste 2 tsp Sugar Little of water DIRECTIONS: Step 1: Preparing the dough 1- On a clean working table, place the flour, add Ajwain seeds, salt and oil. Gently combine all the ingredients. 2- Use your fingers to form a well in the center and add a bit of water in it, combine the flour and water together then keep adding the water little by little while kneading the dough until hard and smooth. 2- Wrap the dough with a plastic wrap and let it rest for 30 minutes. Step 2: Preparing the filling 1- Boil the potatoes in a large pot filled with water. Peel the skin and cut them into small cubes. 2- Finely chop the green chili peppers. Finely chop the cilantro. 3- Heat the oil in a medium pan on high heat. Add the cumin seeds and fry for 30 seconds while stirring with a wooden spoon. Add the green chili peppers and fry for 2 minutes. 4- Add the ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder and green peas then mix the ingredients together and cook for 2 minutes. 5- Add boiled potatoes, lightly mash them with the wooden spoon and mix well to incorporate them. Add some salt and chopped cilantro then let it cook for 5 minutes. 6- Remove the pan from the heat and spread the mixture on a plate to cool down. Step 3: Filling and frying 1- Unwrap the dough, divide it into 4 small balls and roll them into elongated oval shape sheets, make sure that the thickness of the dough is thin. then cut them into halves. 2- Take one half, wet your fingers with water and run them on its edges. Fold the right arm at the center and join by the left arm overlapping their straight edges to form into a cone. 3- Fill with the potato mixture and press the edges together to seal. 4- Deep fry the samosas in hot oil until golden brown.Once done remove it from the oil and put on a paper towel. serve them while they are still hot! Step 4: Preparing Mint chutney 1- In a blender, add all the ingredients (cilantro, mint leaves, garlic, green chili, salt, sugar, fresh lemon juice and a little of water). Mix until you get fine paste. 2- Serve it beside the Samosa

    سلسلة مأكولات إكزوتيك سهلة لقد عادت! هيا نستكمل تحضير نكهات جديدة وفريدة مع الطاجين الاكزوتيك الدجاج بالمانجو المغربي. كما يمكنك استخدام الاجاص أو التفاح بدلا من المانجو! الوصفة: https://goo.gl/MQHJA3 المقادير: مقادير الدجاج: كيلوجرام دجاج 2 ملعقة كبيرة زيت نباتي 1 ملعقة كبيرة زبدة 2 بصل مبشور 2 من فصوص الثوم 2 من عيدان القرفة 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة من الكركم المطحون 1 ملعقة صغيرة من الزنجبيل المطحون قليل من الزعفران الملح والفلفل الأسود حسب الذوق حفنة صغيرة من الكزبرة الطازجة مقادير المانجو: 2 من المانجو 1/3 كوب عسل 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة قرفة مطحونة 1 ملعقة صغيرة من ماء الزهر للتقديم: خبز الخطوات: خطوة 1- إعداد المكونات 1- أولا قشر البصل ثم قطعه إلى نصفين وابشره باستخدام الفتحات الكبيرة في المبشرة. 2- ابشر فصوص الثوم. 3- قطع الدجاجة إلى نصفين وأزال الدهون الزائدة. الخطوة 2- طبخ الدجاج 4- في وعاء كبير، ضع الزيت النباتي و الزبدة على نار متوسطة الحرارة. 5- بمجرد أن يسخن الزيت، أضف البصل المبشور والثوم المبشور وقليل من الزعفران والبهارات (الزنجبيل المطحون والكركم والفلفل الأسود والملح، وعيدان القرفة). قلب واطهيهم لبضع دقائق. 6- أضف قطع الدجاج إلى الوعاء وامزجهم جيدا. 7- غطي الوعاء واترك الدجاج حوالي 5 دقائق ليطهى مع البصل والبهارات إلى أن يتغير لونه. بهذه الطريقة يتم تأمين التوابل والنكهات في اللحم. 8- وبعد 5 دقائق، أضف الكزبرة الطازجة، أضف الماء إلى منتصف الدجاج. وزود درجة الحرارة، غطي الوعاء واتركه ليغلي. 9- وبعد 15 دقيقة من طبخ الدجاج، خفض الحرارة إلى متوسطة واطبخه لمدة 20 دقيقة أو نحو ذلك حتى ينضج الدجاج. خطوة 3- تحضير المانجو 10- قشر المانجو وقطعها إلى شرائح كبيرة. 11- ضع حوالي 1 كوب من صوص الدجاج في مقلاة اخرى وضعها على نار متوسطة الحرارة. 12- أضف العسل والقرفة المطحونة. قلب واتركهم على نار خفيفة لمدة 10 دقائق. 13- أضف قطع المانجو. 14- اطبخ قطع المانجو على إحدى جانبيها لبضع دقائق ثم اقلبها على الجانب الآخر لبضع دقائق اخرى حتى يصبح كلا الجانبين مثل الكراميل. 15- وأخيرا أضف ملعقة صغيرة من ماء الزهر واتركه لبضع دقائق ثم أطفئ النار. خطوة 4- تقديم الطاجين: 16- تأكد من أن طاجين الدجاج أصبح جاهزا، ينبغي أن يكون الدجاج لين ومطهى. تذوق الصوص وأضف التوابل وفقا لذلك. 17- لتقديم هذا الطاجين، أولا ضع الدجاج فى طبق، أضف اليه صوص الدجاج، ثم ضع فوقها كراميل المانجو. وبالتأكيد لا تنس أن تضيف بعض من صلصة العسل والمانجو اللذيذة. يزين بقليل من بذور السمسم، ويقدم مباشرة مع الخبز. شهية طيبة!
