بغرير الرد فلفت "لتحضير البغرير خليط البغرير العادي استبدل 2 ملعقة كبيرة من الدقيق بمسحوق الكاكاو 1/4 ملعقة صغيرة ملون طعام أحمر 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة مستخلص الفانيليا لتحضير كريمة الجبن 115 غرام جبن كريمي، طري 60 غرام زبدة غير مملحة، طرية 60 غرام سكر بودرة 1/2 ملعقة صغيرة مستخلص الفانيليا للتزيين رقائق الشوكولاتة البيضاء فراولة طازجة أوراق النعناع" Red Velvet Baghrir For the Baghrir Regular baghrir batter Replace 2 tbsp of flour with cocoa powder A couple drops of red food coloring 1/2 tsp vanilla extract For the Cream Cheese Frosting 1/2 cup (115g) cream cheese, softened 1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter, softened 1/2 cup (60g) powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract For Garnish White chocolate shavings Fresh strawberries Mint leaves الخطوة 1: تحضير البغرير 1- حضّروا عجينة البغرير كالمعتاد، مع استبدال 2 ملعقة كبيرة من الدقيق بمسحوق الكاكاو. 2- أضيفوا ملون الطعام الأحمر ومستخلص الفانيليا لتعزيز نكهة الريد فيلفيت. 3- اطهوها في مقلاة ساخنة دون قلبها. اتركوها لتبرد. الخطوة 2: تحضير كريمة الجبن 1- في وعاء، اخفقوا الجبن الكريمي الطري مع الزبدة حتى يصبح المزيج ناعمًا وكريميًا. 2- أضيفوا السكر البودرة والفانيليا تدريجيًا مع الاستمرار في الخفق حتى يصبح قوامه خفيفًا وهشًا. الخطوة 3: التجميع والتزيين 1- ضعوا قطعة من البغرير في الأسفل. 2- افردوا طبقة من كريمة الجبن. 3- ضعوا قطعة أخرى من البغرير فوقها. 4- أضيفوا طبقة أخرى من كريمة الجبن. 5- زيّنوا برقائق الشوكولاتة البيضاء، فراولة طازجة وأوراق النعناع. استمتعوا! Step 1: Prepare the Baghrir 1- Make the baghrir batter as usual, replacing 2 tablespoons of flour with cocoa powder. 2- Add red food coloring and vanilla extract to enhance the red velvet flavor. 3- Cook on a hot pan without flipping. Set aside to cool. Step 2: Prepare the Cream Cheese Frosting 1- In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy. 2- Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until light and fluffy. Step 3: Assembly & Decoration 1- Place one baghrir at the bottom. 2- Spread a layer of cream cheese frosting. 3- Place a second baghrir on top. 4- Add another layer of cream cheese frosting. 5- Garnish with white chocolate shavings, fresh strawberries and mint leaves. For the Baghrir Regular baghrir ingredients Zest of 1 lemon For the Lemon Curd 2 egg yolks 1/4 cup (50g) sugar 1/4 cup (50ml) lemon juice Zest of 1 lemon 2 tbps (30g) butter For the Meringue 2 egg whites 1/8 cup (25g) sugar Step 1: Prepare the Baghrir 1- Make the baghrir batter as usual, adding lemon zest for extra flavor. 2- Cook on a hot pan without flipping. Set aside to cool. Step 2: Make the Lemon Curd 1- In a heatproof bowl, whisk together egg yolks, sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest. 2- Place over a double boiler and cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 5 minutes). 3- Remove from heat and stir in butter until smooth. Let it cool completely in the fridge. Step 3: Prepare the Meringue 1- In a clean bowl, beat egg whites until foamy. 2- Gradually add sugar while beating until stiff peaks form. Step 4: Assembly & Decoration 1- Place one baghrir at the bottom. 2- Spread a layer of lemon curd. 3- Add a second baghrir on top, and pread another layer of lemon curd. 4- Add a final layer of baghrir. 5- Top with a thick layer of meringue and lightly torch it until golden. Enjoy! الخطوة 1: تحضير البغرير 1- حضّروا عجينة البغرير كالمعتاد، مع إضافة برش الليمون لتعزيز النكهة. 2- اطهوا العجينة في مقلاة ساخنة دون قلبها. اتركوها لتبرد. الخطوة 2: تحضير كريمة الليمون 1- في وعاء مقاوم للحرارة، اخفقوا صفار البيض مع السكر وعصير الليمون وبرش الليمون. 2- ضعوا الوعاء فوق حمام مائي وحرّكوا باستمرار حتى يتكاثف الخليط (حوالي 5 دقائق). 3- ارفعوا الوعاء عن النار وأضيفوا الزبدة مع التحريك حتى يصبح المزيج ناعماً. اتركوها لتبرد تمامًا. الخطوة 3: تحضير الميرانغ 1- في وعاء نظيف، اخفقوا بياض البيض حتى يصبح رغويًا. 2- أضيفوا السكر تدريجيًا أثناء الخفق حتى تتشكل قمم صلبة. الخطوة 4: التجميع والتزيين 1- ضعوا قطعة من البغرير في الأسفل. 2- افردوا طبقة من كريمة الليمون. 3- ضعوا قطعة ثانية من البغرير فوقها، وافردوا طبقة أخرى من كريمة الليمون. 4- أضيفوا طبقة أخيرة من البغرير. 5- ضعوا طبقة سميكة من الميرانغ على الوجه، وقوموا بتحميرها بخفة باستخدام شعلة المطبخ حتى تكتسب لونًا ذهبياً. استمتعوا!
