This marry me chicken is SOOOOOOOO good yall, just you wait!!! My sister said it’s one of her absolute favs and insisted we’d eat it over buttered tortellini (although buttered noodles, rice, Angel hair or mashed taters will do) and it’s so simple! I made a small batch for the 4 of us and cooked it in my small 3qt crockpot and it was PERFECT!!! 1lb (it was 2 big ones for me) of boneless, skinless breast but must be the big ones not the thin 1 small onion, diced 2 cloves of garlic, minced Little olive oil for searing Salt (go light handed ) and pepper 1/3 cup of chopped sun dried tomatoes (I like to use the ones in oil but drain the oil) 1 tsp granulated onion 1 tsp granulated garlic 1 tsp of paprika 2 tsp of salt free (Mrs dash has one) garlic and herb seasoning 1 cup of chicken stock 2/3 cup of heavy cream 2 Tbsp of chicken gravy mix (or 1 Tbsp of flour) Couple handfuls of fresh spinach
