One Pot Saucy Rice. Under 30 minutes!

Hi friends, sharing a childhood staple with you I just KNOW you will love and if you grew up eating this then you know how special and delicious it is. Grown up or not, I still love a bowl of this and if I have leftover marinara sauce its even easier (swap 2 cups of marinara sauce for the puree ) and mia loves it too which is always a bonus!
