Whipped Feta with Bean Salad

Hi bestie!! You have got to try this!! The combination of creamy, sharp and salt meets herby and fresh is just so so so good! Perfect with its, bread and alongside just about anything, it’s just that good! Recipe below!

For the Whipped Feta:
8oz of Feta
4oz of Cream Cheese
1/2 cup of Sour Cream
1 (or 2 up to you) Cloves of Garlic
Zest of 1/2 Lemon
2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil

For the Salad:
14.5oz Can of Butterbeans, rinsed and drained
1/2 of a Seedless Cucumber, partially peeled and diced
2 Stalks of Celery, peeled and thinly sliced
1 Shallot, thinly sliced
Handful of Parsley, finely chopped
Juice of 1/2 Lemon or more, up to you
1 tsp of Calabrian Chili Paste, optional
2 Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt to taste
