Quick & Easy Homemade Pecan Pie

This is hands down the best pecan pie ever!’ Classic, buttery crust and so rich and delicious. My favorite pie at Thanksgiving and I know you’ll love it too!

Pecan Pie Recipe:
For the crust:
1-1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tbsp of granulated sugar
Small pinch of Salt
1/2 cup of Unsalted Butter, cold and cut into small cubes
4-6 Tbsp of Ice cold water

For the filling:
3 Eggs
1/2 cup of Brown Sugar
1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup of Unsalted Butter, melted
1 cup of Light Corn Syrup
2 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1.5 Tbsp of Cornstarch
1.5 cups of Finely Chopped Pecans
1/2 tsp of Salt
