2 Tbsp (maybe a tad more) of Light olive oil or vegetable oil
3 Cloves of Garlic, thinly sliced or minced
1/2 cup of Dry White Wine
1 cup of Beef Stock
1 Tbsp of Butter

2 Tbsp of Fresh Chopped Parsley
