RECIPE:
8oz of Protein of Choice
2 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
1/4 tsp of Black Pepper
8oz of Rice Noodles, cooked according to package instructions
1 Cup of Broccoli Florets
1 Cup of Carrot Pieces
1 Cup of Snow Peas
1 Cup of Chopped Bell Peppers
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp of Neutral Oil
For the Sauce:
1 cup of Beef Stock
2 Tbsp of Hoisin Sauce
3 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 Tbsp of Brown Sugar
2 tsp of Cornstarch
Touch of Sriracha
