Hi friends, made a pot of this delicious soup the other day and reminded me why it's just one of the best and something that we make often because the whole family just loves it! Perfect for these fall days! Recipe Below! RECIPE: 1lb of Sausage, out of the casing 1 Small Yellow Onion, diced 2 to 3 Carrots (depending ont he size but doesn't make a big difference, mine were tiny) peeled and diced 3 Sttalks of Celery, diced 3 Cloves og Garlic, minced 1/2 cup of Dry White Wine, optional 10 cups of Chicken stock 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream 1 Tbsp of Italian Seasoning (added off camera my apologies) 10oz of Frozen Tortellini Salt and Pepper to taste Plenty of Fresh Parm
