Easy Homemade Chicken Gyro

Easy but oh so delicious and you will just LOVE making this all summer!

RECIPE:
4lb of Boneless, Skinless Chicken Thighs
1/2 of a Yellow Onion, peeled
5 Cloves of Garlic, smashed and peeled
Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
2 Tbsp of Dijon Mustard
Small Handful of Parsley and Dill
1 Tbsp of Dried Oregano
2 tsp of Dried Basil
1 Tbsp of Paprika
1/3 cup of Olive Oil
Plenty of Salt and Pepper
