Hi friends! Here is my recipe for “Hawaiian Chicken” and although i am sure this is not authentic in any way, it’s still delicious and a summer time favorite!
RECIPE:
3lb of Boneless Skiless Chicken Thighs
1/2 cup of Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 cup of Pineapple Juice
1/4 cup of Ketchup
1/4 cup of Brown Sugar
2 Cloves of gArlic, minced or Grated
2 tsp of Grated Ginger
Pinch of Salt
Fresh Pineapple
