My latest obsession and for good reason! These mozzarella sticks are just next level and I know you will love them too!
RECIPE:
1lb Block of Low Moisture Mozzarella
3 Eggs
1/3 cup of Milk
1 Cup of Flour
1 Cup of Panko Breadcrumbs
1 Cup of Italian Seasoned Breadcrumbs
Paprika
Garlic and Herb Seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Frying Oil
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup of Buffalo Sauce or Hot Sauce of Choice
2 Tbsp of Butter
2 Tbsp of Honey
