RECIPE:
2 1/4 cups of All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup of Granulated Sugar
2 tsp of Baking Powder
1/2 tsp of Cinnamon
1/2 tsp of Salt
8 TBSP of Cold Unsalted Butter
1 cup of Frozen Blueberries
2/3 cup of Heavy Cream
1 Egg
Splash of Vanilla Extract

RECIPE: 1lb of Sausage, out of the casing 1 Small Yellow Onion, diced 2 to 3 Carrots (depending ont he size but doesn't make a big difference, mine were tiny) peeled and diced 3 Sttalks of Celery, diced 3 Cloves og Garlic, minced 1/2 cup of Dry White Wine, optional 10 cups of Chicken stock 1/2 cup of Heavy Cream 1 Tbsp of Italian Seasoning (added off camera my apologies) 10oz of Frozen Tortellini Salt and Pepper to taste Plenty of Fresh Parm
