How To Make Ricotta Salata At Home

Hi Friends!
I wanted to Share with you how I take my homemade ricotta recipe and turn it into ricotta salata, it’s one of my absolute favorite things to have in the fridge and goes so well with so many things! I just know you will love it and it’s a great thing to make yourself if you cant locally source it. Recipe amounts below!

RECIPE:
1 Gallon of Whole Milk
1 Tbsp of Coarse Kosher Salt
1/2 cup of distilled White Vinegar

Cook until fully set then sprinkle more parm and enjoy every single bite!
