Chocolate Pudding Pie

A long, long-time favorite classic that kids and adults love! You must give this a try this Holiday Season!

RECIPE:
1 Pre-baked 9 inch Deep Dish Pie Crust
2 cups of Whole Milk
1-1/2 cups of Granulated Sugar
1/3 cup of All Purpose Flour
1/3 cup of Cocoa Powder
Pinch of Salt
3 Egg Yolks
1 Tbsp of Vanilla Extract
2 Tbsp of Unsalted Butter
2 Cups of Whipped Cream or Cool Whip for topping

For the salsa verde, once I blister my veg, I pop the whole pan in a 400 degree oven for like 15 minutes then blend it all and I like to do this the morning of so it can sit in the fridge all day and those flavors can really blossom. Serve with your fav tortillas or toppings or as a bowl, so delish!
