Caprese Pasta Salad – The Perfect Summertime Recipe!

A classic summertime staple I make for pretty much every occasion. Super simple and easy and always a crowd favorite!

CAPRESE SALAD RECIPE:
8oz of Uncooked Orecchiette
2 cups of Cherry Tomatoes (or any kind of sweet ripe tomato) halved
8oz of Mozzarella, diced
Lots of Fresh Chopped Basil and Parsley
Pinch of Dried (or fresh) oregano

For the Dressing:
1/4 cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 and 1/2 tbsp of Balsamic
1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
1 Clove of Garlic, grated
Salt to taste
