OMG!!! WISHFUL IS 2 YEARS OLD!!!! I can’t believe it’s been 2 YEARS since we launched and our baby, Wishful Yo Glow! Literally, the best scrub that I have used and spent YEARS making 🎉

After years of struggling with my skin, launching a skincare line was such a dream for me to share with all of you who may have also struggled to find something simple gentle and effective! Creating a line that was SUPER gentle, wouldn’t break me out (since almost everything does) and actually make my skin improve in texture and appearance took years to develop, but I’m so happy that so many of you tell us how much Wishful has changed your lives and made you feel more confident in your own skin, whether it’s from using our products or just in appreciation of our stance on showing real skin and not using makeup, photoshop and filters in our ads!

NO Photoshopping, NO filters, just real results on REAL SKIN. It’s been incredible to build this community together and I love you guys SOOO much!!! You guys are the reason we created this line, after telling us everything you wanted from a skincare line, reading all of our skincare posts on my blog over the past 12 years (believe it or not, we post more about skin than makeup), I am so grateful seeing you guys post all your love and results from using Wishful!

Potato and Hot Dog Frittata – A Must Try!

Potatoes, eggs & hot dogs , an Italian childhood classic that fed generations and still hits every time. Sure, it’s not fancy… but ask anyone who grew up on this and they’ll pick it over filet mignon any day. Bonus points if you eat it in a sandwich by the beach like a true Italian (I swear it tastes even better at the beach) it’s such a humble thing but I think many many cultures relate to how special dishes like these really are for the soul! Approx recipe and instructions below! 3 medium size russets, peeled and thinly sliced 4 to 6 hot dogs (all beef for me) slices up 6 eggs Plenty of grated parm Plenty of S&P Olive oil I like cooking the potatoes in some olive oil over medium heat until they are about half way cooked (season them with a pinch of salt and pepper) then once there, add the hot dogs and continue cooking until the potatoes are fully cooked, add in the whisked egg and cheese mixture and cook until golden and set on the bottom, I use a fish spatula to kind of “slice it” into 1/4 pieces so it’s easier to flip but honestly this DOES NOT have to be perfect, it’s rustic home food. Cook until fully set then sprinkle more parm and enjoy every single bite!
