– 1/2 cup of raw unsalted walnuts
For the dressing:
– 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon orange blossom water
– 1 tablespoon sugar
– Pinch of salt

WRITTEN RECIPE:
1- The first step is to peel and section the oranges.
2- Using a sharp knife, cut the ends of each orange. Then slice the peel off the sides.
3- With a gentle sawing motion, slice the orange pieces in between 2 membranes.
4- Squeeze the remaining membranes to get all the excess juice in a separate bowl, keep on the side we will use it later.

Slice the lettuce.
