A super delicious recipe for mini corn cakes filled with delicious custard. These are very good for the parties, cocktails or as a dessert after dinner! Super delicious and so easy! You can garnish with fruits (especially strawberries) or with ground hazel nuts, pistachio, walnuts! Any how you wish! And if you wish you can use whipped cream to fill inside as well. Both ways it is a very delicious dessert. Place your puff pastry on the lightly floured surface Roll the pastry if it is thick like ours!
