Turkish Borek with Sousages | Borek Recipe | How to make Burek | Greek bouréki or bourekáki

STEP BY STEP RECIPE: Turkish Borek with Sousages | Borek Recipe | How to make Burek | Greek bouréki or bourekáki Ingredients 1 kilo of flour (6,5 cup) 3 tbs of yoghurt 2 eggs Any kind of sousages (we used frankfurt) Sujuk Half a cup of cooking oil 1 dessert spoon of salt Preparation -Pre-heat the oven at 200 degrees C.(400 F) -Keep 2 glass of flour to use while Rolling the dough, and make a dough using the rest of the flour and some salt. Keep it away for resting. -Slice the sousages and sujuk -Beat 3 tablespoon of yoghurt with 1 egg and some corn oil, add half a glass of milk. -Take your dough, spread some flour on the working area that you will roll the dough, cut the dough in to pieces. (Chicken egg size pieces) -Roll the dough pieces using the roller. Spread the yogurt-egg mix all around the dough, place the sausages (or whatever you wish) and roll the dough, shape it as a snail. (See the video) Place it in to the oily tray. -Do same process for the rest of the dough. -Beat an egg with a tbs of yoghurt. Spread that mix on the top of the 'börek's -Cook for 40-45 minutes until the tops are brownish. (At 200 degree) -Serve immediately! STEP BY STEP RECIPE: Pyramid Biscuit Cake with Banana Ingredients 100 gram (3.5 oz) of bitter chocolate 2 tbs of caster sugar 1 packet of whipping cream 2 packet of pettit beurre biscuits 1 bananas 50 gram (1.7 oz) of hazelnuts Half a coffee cup of butter 20 ml (half pint) of milk Preparation -Smash all the biscuits in to a big bowl. -In another bowl, mix 150 ml milk and whipping cream, and whip it -Chop the bananas finely, ground the hazelnuts, melt the butter and add all these into the whipping cream. -Add caster sugar -Pour that mix on the mashed biscuits and mix it very well. -Take a cake or lasagna mold, cover inside of it with aluminum foil. Put the mix inside of the mold, cover the top with more foil. (if you don't have foil, shape it as triangle by using your hands) -Keep it in freezer for 2-3 hours and it's ready to be served! -Simply take it out of the mold, take out the foil and slice your dessert, you can add extra flavor with melt chocolate sauce. STEP BY STEP RECIPE: Turkish Pide With Meat | Kiymali Pide Recipe | Traditional Food Half a kilo of ground meat 1 grated tomatoes 1 grated onion 3 Italian peppers A dessert spoon of red pepper flakes 1 dessert spoon of salt A pinch of ground black pepper For the dough, 1 dessert spoon of sugar Half kilo of whole wheat flour 1 grated onion 1 pack (30 gr) dry yeast For the topping, 2 eggs 1 tablespoon of cooking oil Preparation, -Combine flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a big bowl, prepare a soft dough using warm water. Cover the bowl for 30-40 minutes and leave it for fermentation. -Put the ground meat in another big bowl, mix with grates onion, grated tomatoes and chopped italian peppers. Add the salt and black pepper. Add 3 tablespoon of water in order to make it more juicy. -When the dough is ready, cut it into eggs size pieces and roll using a roller. Give it an oval shape. -Spread the meaty mix on it, except the corners, you are going to fold the corners in. (See the video) -Do the same progress until the dough is over, carry each one to a tray. -Cook on 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes, then take it out, break an egg on the top and oil the corners of the dough, put the tray back in the oven for eggs to be cooked as well (around 5 minutes) -Serve immediately!
